Shivam Gautam is a Staff Software Engineer at Latitude AI and leads the perception model development team. He has previously worked on cutting-edge learned perception models at self-driving teams during his time at Uber ATG, Aurora, and Argo AI and has published several state-of-the-art papers and patents in the field of LiDAR-based perception, tracking, and Camera-based perception. His works have won best paper awards in IEEE-RAL 2022 and workshops like IROS BADUE 2022. He received his MS. in Robotic Systems Development from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.
